Citrix applications need to open SSL tunnels (normally on port 1494 or 2598) with the server that are blocked at ISA Server by default. Microsoft recommends configuring ISA server to allow ICA connections by running scripts that may not necessarily solve the connection refusal problem in many cases. The issue can easily be solved by configuring a DNS fordarder on the ISA server (Tested on ISA 2004 standard & Enterprise editions, hopefully works on other versions too)
